Anger Cosmetics

A series of fashion photographs showing experimental and audacious make-up effects, challenging the norm and giving inspiration to the World of beauty and magazines. The photographs, the culmination of my project, purposely have a dark, sinister and painful appearance to capture my thoughts and imagination on how such sharp tools would affect the body through their interaction. I wanted to capture the tension between the tool, the body and the effect and to keep the inspiration completely open for the viewer, be that the colour, textures, atmosphere or shape. In short, anger cosmetics is an inspirational approach which challenges conventional processes, giving ideas that thrill and excite with sensual undertones the World of beauty and magazines.
